SMS / Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms govern the text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by GGS AI & Analytics, a service of GGS Consulting (“GGS,” “we,” “us”). They are part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy.
We text you only about your own request: confirmations, reminders, and replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never sell or share your number, and consent is not required to buy anything.
01What messages we send
Our text messages are transactional and conversational. They include:
- Appointment and consultation confirmations and reminders.
- Replies and follow-up about a request you made to us or to our AI Front Desk.
- Account or service notifications related to work we are doing for you.
We do not send marketing or promotional text-message campaigns under these terms.
02How you opt in
You consent to receive texts from us when you take any of these actions and provide your mobile number:
- Check the SMS-consent box on a form on our website.
- Give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, by phone, email, or in person.
- Send us a text message first, or reply to one of ours.
Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you do not opt in, we will still reach you by phone or email.
03Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us, for example how many appointments or requests are active. Many users receive only a few messages around a scheduled call.
04Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GGS does not charge you for receiving our text messages, but your carrier’s standard rates still apply.
05Opt out: reply STOP
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop texting you, unless you opt in again. You may also email us to be removed.
06Get help: reply HELP

07Carriers and delivery
Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may use a messaging provider (such as Twilio) to send messages on our behalf.
08Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are not sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
09Changes and contact
