01Information we collect

- Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
- Scheduling details when you book a call, such as your name, email, and chosen time.
- Anything you tell us during a phone call, text message, or email with us or our AI Front Desk.
Information collected automatically
- Basic server logs: IP address, browser type (user agent), and the date and time of your request, used for security and abuse prevention.
- Privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics from Umami, which we self-host on our own server. This includes session replay of on-page interactions (such as clicks and scrolling) to understand and improve usability. We configure replay to mask form field values, so the information you enter into forms is not captured in recordings.
- Standard hosting cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

- To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and appointments by email and, if you opt in, by text message.

03Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are not sold.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of consent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
