This Privacy Policy explains how GGS AI & Analytics, a service of GGS Consulting (“GGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Arizona, United States, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit getggsai.com, contact us, or use our services. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

01Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, the service you are interested in, and your message.
  • Scheduling details when you book a call, such as your name, email, and chosen time.
  • Anything you tell us during a phone call, text message, or email with us or our AI Front Desk.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic server logs: IP address, browser type (user agent), and the date and time of your request, used for security and abuse prevention.
  • Privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics from Umami, which we self-host on our own server. This includes session replay of on-page interactions (such as clicks and scrolling) to understand and improve usability. We configure replay to mask form field values, so the information you enter into forms is not captured in recordings.
  • Standard hosting cookies needed for the site to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

02How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
  • To schedule, confirm, and follow up on calls and appointments by email and, if you opt in, by text message.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other platforms.

03Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you transactional and conversational text messages, such as appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to your request. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See our Messaging Terms for full details.

Mobile data: what we never do

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are not sold.

04How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business, and never to sell it. Specifically:

  • Service providers that help us deliver the service, under contract and only for that purpose. These include Twilio (text messaging), our scheduling system hosted on our own server, our website host (Hostinger), and our email provider.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GGS, our clients, or the public.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing other than the service provider that delivers your messages, and are never shared for marketing.

05Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of consent, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

06Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and rights

  • Text messages: reply STOP to stop, or HELP for help.
  • Email: ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
  • Access, correction, deletion: contact us to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits.

08Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
