For car seat cleaning businesses/SeatOps by GGS

The booking and texting system behind Suds & Seats Co.

Suds & Seats Co. runs its whole front office this way: a branded booking page, automatic texting from their own number, and a post-clean report parents actually share. Built for car seat cleaning businesses, run for you by GGS.

The flow

From booked to five stars.

Six steps, readable in ten seconds. Nothing here needs a manager watching it.

01Customer books on your branded page

Not a marketplace listing. Your logo, your domain, your rates.

02Address + route check happens automatically

Service area, capacity, and route-fit day gating run before the slot ever confirms.

03Confirmation + reminder texts go out

Automatic, from the number your customers already know.

04Two-way texting from your business number

Replies route to one shared inbox, so nothing lands in a personal phone.

05Post-clean report with before/after photos

Seat make, model, and expiration date, checked and photographed on-site.

06Review request lands the 5-star

Sent right after the report, while the seat still smells clean.

The walkthrough

Watch the real system run.

A customer books, the system replies, and the report goes out. No slides, the actual product.

The comparison

Why not just use fieldd?

fieldd and similar field service software are genuinely fine tools. The question is who runs them.

fieldd is fine, generic software built for every field service trade. SeatOps is the opposite bet: an operated system built for one niche, car seat cleaning, and nothing else.

fieldd pricing as of August 2026: roughly $49-69/mo entry tiers, $199-349/mo capable tiers. Confirm current pricing directly with fieldd.

Questions car seat cleaners ask us

Fair questions.

What accounts do I need?

Acuity Powerhouse is required on every tier: it's the only Acuity plan with API access. Twilio carries the texts. Front is added on Convertible and All-in-One for two-way texting, and Stripe is optional if you want payment links.

How long does setup take?

About a week of calendar time. The long pole is texting registration: A2P 10DLC carrier approval, which we file on day one and build everything else around.

What if I already have a website?

Base and Convertible run alongside it: your booking page simply links from your existing site. All-in-One replaces the website entirely, and GGS builds, hosts, and maintains it.

Do I keep my data if I leave?

Yes. The Acuity, Twilio, and Front accounts are yours, the business number is yours, and your full customer history stays with you if you ever leave.

Is there a contract?

A 6-month minimum on Base and Convertible, 12 months on All-in-One, since that's what the website build amortizes. After the minimum it runs month-to-month.
